WHY OLIGOMINERAL MINERAL WATER?

INDICATED FOR INFANT FEEDING
Tavina and Allegra are oligomineral waters with a low nitrate content; this characteristic makes them particularly suitable for children, even very young ones, to ensure proper hydration, without the risks associated with excess nitrates.
Clinical studies carried out at the Melegnano Hospital have allowed us to verify this characteristic and obtain recognition of ownership from the Ministry of Health.
Our waters Tavina and Linda have been recognized by the Ministry of Health as waters that stimulate digestion, thanks to a clinical study at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome.
It has been found that a constant intake of these two bicarbonate-calcium waters promotes digestion and gastric emptying.
STIMULATES DIGESTION
LOW IN SODIUM, LESS THAN 0.002%
Our waters are particularly suitable for diets low in sodium: in fact, they contain less than 0.002%. Why avoid sodium?
Sodium is obtained mainly through salt (i.e. sodium chloride), added to preserve food and flavor dishes. An adult person should consume a maximum of 4-6 grams of salt daily.
Excessive sodium intake can cause digestive upset and heart fatigue. This is why it is important to choose a low-sodium water. Waters with a sodium content lower than 20 mg/l are to be preferred in low-sodium diets recommended for those suffering from arterial hypertension.
Water-related sodium intake is limited in any case, but the low sodium content promotes diuresis and the elimination of excess sodium consumed through the diet.
Proper hydration promotes diuresis, having a detoxifying effect and hindering the formation of kidney stones. Oligomineral waters are particularly effective in helping the body in these processes: they are in fact particularly suitable for ensuring good hydration at every stage of life. Proper hydration with the right balance of salts contributes to the function of all organs.
