We promote the reuse through the glass bottles that can be returned, encouraging sustainable behavior and reducing waste generation.

Glass is the quintessential container that guarantees 100% recycling without any loss of quality, synonymous with safety and respect for the planet, as glass bottles are reused countless times before being recycled.

This service is one of Tavina’s strengths: always punctual and efficient in deliveries, it ensures the best success for both wholesalers and their customers.

Use of recycled materials within packaging.

Since 2017, significant business investments, such as new 4.0 production facilities, have allowed us to reduce the amount of plastic used in packaging, promoting more sustainable products.

Tavina uses recycled plastic and breathes new life into old bottles, reducing the use of virgin material and CO2 emissions.

Our bottles of Tavina Natura Green, already on the market for several years, represent our first steps in the direction of the green, which today has become a symbol of respect for the environment.

Furthermore, proper separate collection increases recycling performance and the negative effects of waste dispersion into nature.

We have invested in advanced technologies to make our production processes more efficient, safe and with low environmental impact. Intelligent automation allows us to optimize resources, reduce waste, and ensure consistent quality over time.

We constantly monitor the concession area of our wells to ensure the quality and sustainability of the water resource. Protecting water means protecting the environment and the well-being of the communities that inhabit it.

Rail transport

To reduce environmental impact, part of our transport is by rail: a sustainable choice that complements the use of traditional wheels.

Germany: Packaging and DPG disposal

The DPG (Deutsche Pfandsystem GmbH) is the organization that manages the bail system for single-use beverage packaging and promotes its recycling. For several years, Tavina has been adopting this system for the export to Germany.

We rely on Interzero for the disposal of transport packaging, which works by helping companies manage and dispose of their waste efficiently and sustainably, promoting the recycling and valorization of materials.

Code of Ethics and Environmental Policy

We have adopted a code of ethics and an environmental policy that guide our every decision, from production to distribution. We operate with responsibility, transparency and respect for people and the environment.

Energy saving

Tavina has installed a photovoltaic system that produces 900 megawatts/year, ensuring significant energy savings. In every business environment, the rational use of energy is shared, with the continued aim of reducing waste and energy inefficiencies.

We are Sedex members – an organization that works globally to promote ethical and responsible business practices – and were positively evaluated with a 4-pillar audit according to the SMETA methodology.
